Expressions Academy of Performing Arts ("us", "we", or "our") operates the www.epa-academy.co.uk website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

This page informs you of our terms and conditions regarding payments of classes and lessons.  These terms and conditions are governed by the UK governing law.

CANCELLATION OF LESSONS POLICY

​

Cancellations of lessons must be made 24 hours before the beginning of the class/private lesson.  This must be made as follows 

​

• In person at Reception

• ​Telephone                                                                                                                                                                                             By telephone to 01623 424334 Option 2.  If out of hours and answer phone message is also acceptable.

refund policy

 

In the case of illness or injury the payment for the class/private lesson will be carried forward and credited to the next booking providing that the class/private lesson has been cancelled by the cancellation of lesson policy above.

Missed class/private lesson

 

In the event of a missed class/private lesson no refunds or credits of classes/private lessons will be applicable.​
