Choosing the right dance school is probably one of the most important decisions you will ever have to make.
At EPA we aim to give you the best possible training in all disciplines of the Performing Arts along with full support to
each student to help you realise your full potential to blossom and prosper.
We offer full and rounded education whilst teaching life skills to build confidence and stretch imagination and also nurturing shy and apprehensive children to find their feet whilst channelling energy, enthusiasm and talent.
Covering all forms of dance, acting and singing, we have classes and private tuition suitable for all ages, abilities and budget.
With us, you can learn new skills, have fun, take exams, get involved in shows and competitions if you wish and if you have dreams of pursuing a career in performing arts we can help you to achieve that.
We are registered with I.D.T.A. and Trinity Guildhall to offer exams in all subjects of dance, singing and acting. Or if you prefer just to come along to have fun and keep fit each week, that is also fine.
Whatever your expectations you can be sure our fully qualified, caring and professional staff at Expressions are able to suit your needs, with the reassurance that your child is in safe hands.
All of our staff are fully CRB checked which safeguards your children in all aspects, they are also fully first aid trained and hold certification.
We hold an annual show at The Palace Theatre Mansfield in August each year where all pupils are able to take part which is an exciting experience for everyone involved.
Pupils also have the opportunity to take part in the full time Academy’s show in June each year along with a Musical Theatre production in December.
EPA is five minutes walk from the amenities of the town with train and bus stations also five minutes walk away.
Our premises is also fully secured with CCTV installed with private car park, TV and waiting area lounge.
Having undergone a complete extension and refurbishment, the facilities are in excess of £2000,000 and are purpose built and designed to offer state of the art facilities.
Offering 9 fully air conditioned state-of-the-art spaces with sprung floor, sound facilities, mirrored rooms and natural light in a spacial and contemporary building, the largest of the studios being 3,864 square foot (46 feet width by 85 feet long) ensuring no overcrowding in lessons.
Purpose built study rooms, common room meeting areas with hot and cold drinks and snacks are also available.

We develop your confidence in styles such as Ballet, Tap, Freestyle, Lyrical, Street dance, slow dance, Latin American, Acro and Gymnastics. Our fully qualified and experienced staff focus on firm foundations, technique, flexibility whilst having fun.
From the dynamic energy of pop videos to the choreographed sequences of West End Musicals, we will enable you to learn the steps, retain corrections, develop control, stance and posture and work on performance. Most importantly we will give your child confidence and charisma whilst getting good exercise and meeting new lifelong friends and making personal achievements.
BOYS we have a specific class for you too. “If its good enough for the King of England, it’s good enough for you too!"

Singing can support children’s learning and emotional development.
It encourages a child to express their emotions and enables their ability to communicate.
From Musical Theatre to pop, solo to group, or just to sing in the shower!
We give a strong technical foundation whilst having fun.
We offer private tuition to suit every child’s needs whether it be for shows, exams or just for confidence and fun!
Develop your child’s imagination and creativity and bring your child along to give your ears a little rest!
acting
Perform, learn to speak well and learn communication skills.
Develop social skills that are required in everyday life through private or class tuition.
We cover both classical and modern drama from Shakespeare to comedy whether it be for shows, exams or just fun and enjoyment.
Work on accents, communication skills, sight reading or just projection of the voice and speaking clearly.

EPA JUNIORS
Our brand new class based on the full time academy but for kids aged 4-16 years. If you wish to learn all three disciplines our Saturday morning school is just for you!
Two hours tuition on singing, acting, dance and Musical Theatre.
Giving your child the chance to shine and perform whilst helping them speak clearly, confidently and develop their own skills.
